Whether you are staying or selling one of our
interior designers will visit your property free
of charge to discuss your ideas, plans, needs,
likes and dislikes and the look you are trying
to achieve.

Property Presentation
This is where one of our designers will visit your property and advise on how you can maximise its ‘saleability’ by making a few adjustments. These might be re-arranging existing furniture; improving the use of light; refreshing your colour scheme or a simple ‘de-clutter’.

We will provide you with a checklist of things to do. This will be accompanied by photos and suggestions of a priority order so you can get the best effect from the minimum effort. We will confirm in writing anything we have discussed during our visit. Rest assured, your check list will be specific to your property, needs and budget. We do not provide generic advice; any advice will be personal to you.
